Pretty white stuff

I am not sure these are holly berries but I like to pretend they are. They are just outside our back window. I love them! Hope to have them in my own yard some day and will miss them when we move. They are pretty to me!


A great Christmas tree!!!

It has hardly snowed this year but each time it has even just a little I have run outside with my camera with every spare second I have. I love snow. It is beautiful! I really just love all the seasons and the beauty they each create!

I like orchards

I love orchards! I think they are beautiful! There are a lot up in my parents neighborhood. I think they bring a peaceful and serene feeling and I just like it. Seems they are few and far between sometimes. I would love to live somewhere where there are orchards



And . . .I love the view out our back window. We have seen many beautiful sunsets like this one. I will miss it when we are gone.

Just a couple weeks later snow came. I was just itching to get up a canyon and being a tmy parents provided the perfect opportunity. Beautiful Bear Canyon and the best hiking partner!

I love to take pictures! My sweet husband let me get my first SLR (very nice and expensive camera) a couple years ago. It brings me the sweetest and most simple joy to capture moments of beauty on it. I heard someone once say how they liked to see life through a lense . . .I feel that way too. One way I really treasure memories is with pictures and I feel I have been blessed to see so much and experience so much so there are a lot of pictures. I feel like I am rambling but I am starting this photo log? I guess you could call it just for me. I don't know if all the pictures I take and enjoy belong in the family journal/blog/book etc. but I want to keep them somewhere. So here I go. These pictures were taken up Bear Canyon. I LOVE fall! And have been able to get out with my camera some . . .
